FOUNDER & CEO

erynn laflamme

As a seasoned marketing director, I've personally experienced it too many times. I’d hire a freelancer or agency and would get half-assed results. No communication… no desire to bring fresh ideas to the table… no effort to dive deeper into what my company does… and worst of all, no passion in their work.

And frankly… it just ended up resulting in more work for me. I just wished I could find someone who treated me like they we’re an extension of my team.

So, in November of 2020, I walked away from my comfy 9-5 and set on a mission to flip the script. That's where our story begins.

Ethic Agency is where trash marketing comes to die.

We’re great at helping small to medium-sized businesses do two things:

  1. Build out their first-ever in-housed marketing department

  2. Serving as that extra arm existing in-house marketing functions need to hit their goals

At Ethic, we have a guiding principle: To produce marketing that helps your company generate revenue. And the only way we can do this is by embedding ourselves into the fabric of your organization and becoming a part of your team.

If you’re looking for that extra marketing arm your company’s been needing, we’re going to be a great fit.

DIGITAL MARKETING COORDINATOR

andrea nguyen

Andrea graduated from Kennesaw State University in 2024 with a Bachelor's of Business Administration in Marketing. She has always been drawn to marketing because it is a field that constantly evolves.

Recognizing that no two companies or industries are the same, Andrea understands that what worked a few months ago may not be as effective today—there’s always something new to learn and fresh challenges to tackle. Marketing keeps her on her toes, pushing her to think creatively and adapt quickly.

One of Andrea's favorite aspects of marketing is consumer behavior—understanding how to truly connect with an audience, resonate with them, catch their attention, and ultimately persuade them to take action.

At the heart of her passion for marketing is a deep love for storytelling and the power of effective communication. Her interest in the field really took off when she realized how brands can create meaningful connections with their audiences. Over time, that interest has only grown as she’s seen firsthand the impact that well-crafted stories can have on shaping perceptions and driving engagement.
